Built for people who resize the same image nine times

Every size a project needs, in one pass

Online resizers want your files, your email address and a subscription. Mission Image Sizer wants a folder on your disk.

Nothing leaves your machine

Every operation runs locally. Client logos, unreleased artwork and anything under NDA never touch a third-party server.

Works fully air-gapped

One pass, every size

Tick the families you want and press Process. A whole favicon pack and a full set of social crops come out of a single source file.

Yours, and only yours

No cloud. No account. No one else's servers.

Mission Image Sizer runs a small local server on your own machine and your browser talks to that. Nothing is sent anywhere — disconnect from the internet entirely and it works exactly the same.

License keys are signed with Ed25519 and verified locally, so even activation works on an air-gapped machine. There is no license server to contact, because there isn't one.

  • Nothing is uploaded — client logos and NDA artwork stay on your disk.
  • Not reachable from your network — the server only listens on 127.0.0.1.
  • No installer needed — unzip and run the launcher. No admin rights.

How it works

Three steps

No project files, no settings to learn first.

  1. Add your images

Drag files in, browse, or paste from the clipboard. JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, GIF, SVG and PDF are all accepted.

  2. Choose your sizes

Tick any combination across the five families, or select a whole family at once. Add a custom size if you need something specific.

  3. Process

Preview every result, download them individually, or take the lot as a ZIP organised into one folder per source file.

Questions

Everything else

Are my images ever uploaded?

No. The app runs a small local server on your own machine and the browser talks to that. Nothing is sent anywhere — you can disconnect from the internet entirely and it works exactly the same.

What happens after the 14 days?

Processing stops and the activation screen appears. Nothing you have already created is affected — the files are on your disk and stay there. Paste a license key and everything unlocks immediately.

Is the trial limited?

Every feature is available, so you evaluate the real product. Two things differ: output carries a small watermark, and batches are capped at 10 files so it can't be used as free bulk processing.

Does activation need an internet connection?

No. Keys are signed with Ed25519 and verified locally, so activation works on an air-gapped machine. The app never contacts a license server — there isn't one.

Can I use one license on more than one computer?

One seat activates one machine at a time, so you can move it between your own desktop and laptop. Use Deactivate this device in About → License to release the seat, then activate elsewhere with the same key. If two people need to use it at once, that is two seats.

Is it a subscription?

No. One payment, and the license is perpetual — it does not expire and there is nothing to renew.

Which formats can it read and write?

It reads JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, GIF, SVG and PDF. It writes JPEG, PNG, WebP and AVIF, with quality control per format. Favicons are always PNG, because a JPEG favicon isn't valid.

Why does it open in my browser?

The interface is a local web page, which keeps the download tiny and avoids bundling a whole browser engine. It is still a desktop app — the server only listens on 127.0.0.1 and is not reachable from your network.

Try it on your own files

Fourteen days, every feature, no account and no card. If it saves you time, buy a license and own it forever.
